Cancellation Policy
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide efficient and fair service to all our patients, My Back Relief Clinic has a cancellation policy in place. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to high-demand time slots, we kindly request that any schedule changes be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
We want to ensure transparency in our policies, so please note that you will be informed of these fees at the time of booking and in your appointment confirmations. To avoid incurring any fees, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to make any changes.
- Cancellation requests less than 4 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $35.
- Failure to attend, reschedule or cancel appointments will incur a $70 fee.
Exceptions to these fees may be granted in cases of emergencies or technical issues. We understand that certain situations are beyond your control.
